Meet Maureen
I’m Maureen, a personal trainer passionate about helping people of all ages feel their best. My own fitness journey began later in life but it has been shaped by a love for movement, whether on horseback, in the ring, on the rugby field or in the pool.
As a fully qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer, I specialise in supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum, as well as helping older adults build strength, improve mobility and enhance daily movement. I believe strength and movement are key to a vibrant life, no matter your age. Whether you’re training for a sport, building a fitness routine or simply wanting to feel more confident in your body, we’ll create a plan that works for you. Fitness isn’t one size fits all and I’m here to help you reach your goals in a way that feels right for you.
